Please Note: Lobby Opening With Restrictions - April 12th, 2021

Starting Monday, April 12th our lobby will again open to the public with some safety restrictions. We will shorten the hours our lobby will be open to 9am to 4pm daily. We will be using the hours of 4pm to 5pm to clean the office fully each day.

Other restrictions are as follows: Each member who enters the building will be asked to use the hand sanitizer at the front entrance as well as wearing a face mask, if you don’t have one already please use a credit union supplied face mask before entering. These will be located at the front table upon entering as well.

Social distancing rule will still be in effect. We are also asking that you only have one family member in at a time and if necessary, we may limit the number of members in the office. Loan officers will be setting up appointments if at all possible, as to not have too many members in the office at one time.

If you have been or are currently not feeling well or are in some way uncomfortable with these steps, we ask that you don’t enter the building but use our drive-thru or call in at 641-754-4501.

Please don't be offended by these measures but until we can get back to somewhat normal we must continue with precautions. These steps are set up to help ensure our staff and your safety which is of our upmost priority to us. Our 2 drive-up lanes, ATM and our night deposit are open for use during this period. We will also have phone access to do transactions and will have all staff on hand to process requests. Loans will still continue to be granted through our on-line application process by visiting www.lennoxecu.com and applying on line or by simply calling one of our loan officers at the office.
